Transpersonal Psychotherapist
My clinical practice was born out of a deep understanding of the human being as a whole—body, mind, and spirit in constant dialogue. Over nearly two decades of therapeutic counseling, both in my office and online, I have learned that true transformation happens when we look beyond the symptom and get closer to the essence.
From an early age, curiosity about human nature has guided my path, always seeking and integrating different approaches that allow me to access the deepest layers of the unconscious. My work crosses science and sensitivity, reason and symbolism, word and body.
I believe in a living therapy, tailored to each person's uniqueness. That is why I integrate tools into the process that act in a profound and respectful way, allowing each therapeutic journey to be unique, safe, and transformative.
In recent years, I have devoted special attention to supporting people who have experienced abusive relationships and complex relational dynamics, helping them to regain inner clarity, emotional autonomy, and a sense of self.
