Being my self a late diagnosed AuDHD, I´ve specialized in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those navigating AuDHD (the intersection of ADHD and Autism). My focus is on affirmation, not assimilation, promoting a unique identity recovery and genuine emotional integration.

 

Complex Trauma and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

I provide assessment and direct intervention for complex relational trauma and the specific aftermath of narcissistic abuse. I help clients identify dysfunctional patterns, deconstruct pathological bonds, and regain autonomy and inner clarity.
