Narcissism without filters: understand to protect yourself 1st Saturday - You will learn to identify patterns of manipulation and abuse without technical jargon. The goal is to recognize the "red flags" in real situations and differentiate between the various types of narcissistic profiles. Result: You will stop feeling like you are overreacting and begin to clearly see the blame reversal and emotional abuse. Why do I always "attract" this type of person? 2nd Saturday - A careful dive into yourself, without blame. You will explore your core wounds (rejection, abandonment, invisibility) and understand the internal patterns that keep you tied to toxic dynamics. Result: You replace the thought "I am the problem" with an understanding of your weaknesses and a concrete plan to take care of yourself. Concrete strategies for your specific case 3rd Saturday - From insight to action. You will design strategies for your real context: whether it's zero contact, co-parenting, or the workplace. You will learn safe communication techniques and emotional shielding. Result: You will leave with a realistic plan, protective tools, and a clear definition of what you choose to accept from now on.
