Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy

"The symptom is the body's own attempt to heal itself." - Wilhelm Reich

My approach adopts a holistic and systemic perspective on psychological health, operationalized through the integration of four fundamental pillars:

  • Psychotraumatology, Neurobiology, and Somatic Regulation: Embracing contributions from psychosomatics, behavioral epigenetics, and biodynamic body psychotherapy, the intervention acts directly on the autonomic nervous system. Through neurovegetative regulation techniques (such as cardiac coherence and psychocorporal work), the reprocessing of somatic memories and the restoration of bodily homeostasis are promoted.

  • Advanced Intervention in Relational Dynamics and Narcissistic Abuse: Specialized in intervention for personality disorders (including borderline personality disorder, psychopathy, and narcissism), domestic violence, and relational/systemic trauma. The therapeutic plan focuses on deconstructing pathological attachment patterns, strengthening boundaries, and providing emotional rehabilitation for survivors of abusive dynamics.

  • Unconscious Processes, Hypnotherapy, and Ericksonian Hypnosis: Utilizing psychodynamic techniques, Jungian symbolic psychology, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy to access expanded states of consciousness. These approaches facilitate cognitive restructuring, the reinterpretation of unconscious content, and the development of internal resources for self-healing and self-regulation.

  • Transpersonal, Systemic, and Cognitive-Behavioral Model: Promoting psychic integration through the articulation between perceptual/behavioral restructuring, the systemic transgenerational perspective, and the transpersonal dimension of the psyche. The therapeutic process aims to transcend the symptom, promoting individuation, the development of existential meaning, psychological flexibility, and the emotional maturation of the individual within their relational ecosystem.

  • Hypnotherapy induces a state of focused attention and neurophysiological relaxation that facilitates access to unconscious processes, allowing for the reprocessing of the origins of psychosomatic manifestations and dysfunctional behavioral patterns. Through suggestive interventions and cognitive restructuring, it is possible to reconfigure mental schemas and promote emotional regulation. The hypnotic trance is a natural state of hyperfocus where the individual retains total autonomy, control, and awareness over their will. It is a process of self-regulation and self-hypnosis mediated by safe neurobiological mechanisms, in which my actions serve as a guide to facilitate change.
